WHAT A ****

Pickit up has announced that they would not be picking up our refuge yet we pay the municipality monthly to pick up our refuge as this is not a free service. Now we are stuck with refuge for a whole week as the residence in Soweto only to find out its a salary dispute which is PIKITUP PROBLEM AND NOT OUR PROBLEM. MR MAYOR WHAT NOW ? Don't they have a TENDER with the MUNICIPALITY?
