Very angry resident

Im so angry at the pikitup employees who collect waste...they arr very rude...i stay in pimville zone1 cadolo street ..and 3 weeks ago tje truck was outside i took out the trash nd the bin was heavy so i was struggling a bit..i asked them to help me they said they didnt make it full..i was so angry and said but its their job and since then they havent collected the trash frm house and they make it a point they dont even when i leave the bin a street away...my mom spoke to them today nd they still refused and said whatever we do they wont take our bin they have marked it to make sure its nt picked....we have waste from 3 weeks ago..and what do we do now because if we dump it ourselves we will be dumoing *******ly...is it fair for them to do this???
