USELESS JOHANNESBURG CITY - PIKITUP

Has anyone ever tried to replace their Pikitup bin? OH MY WORD what a useless company to try and get hold of. You go from being 1st in the que to being 7th in the que - go figure. Apparently you need a reference number to replace your broken bin, but you can never get hold of them!!!!!!! Even emailing the Ombudsman doesnt help!!!!!! Bunch of useless people. Either always have load shedding or just dont answer. The latest news is that their system is down, which I must just advise, has been down since the beginning of 2025!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE IN THIS COUNTRY
