Urgent Complaint Regarding Delayed ******* Bin Replacement – Health and Safety Concern

I am writing to urgently request immediate attention to the matter of the ******* bin replacement for my mother, Jean Raphoto, residing at 101 Mamosa Street, Moroka North, Soweto, 1868.

Despite previous communications, there has been no update or resolution. I have just returned from traveling and was shocked to find that my mother has still not received the replacement bin. The existing bin is in a deteriorated and unsealable condition, which now poses a serious health and safety risk.

As residents of a township located near a ******* dump, we are already at increased risk of rodent infestations and sanitation hazards. It is unacceptable that an elderly pensioner should continue to suffer due to this neglect. This situation is affecting her well-being and dignity.

We urgently require answers to the following:

When will the replacement bin be delivered? What steps are required from our side, if any? Who is directly responsible for resolving this matter?
