Upset with Pikitup for Westbury Kretzschmar

I'm so upset with pikitup we have been complaining and speaking to the ward counselor Genevieve and Susan aswell as Tom to come and clean up a non dumping area and we've been sent from pillar to post and say they were here but not once it's unhealthy for our elderly, kids and for the community they cleaned up everywhere accept here in Kretzschmar whereby we have reported numerous times Genevieve has promised us they will come clean up and still no help I'm very disgusted with the service they giving us I mean really is not wealthy at all can anybody assist with helping us with the non dumping area in Kretzschmar
