Trying to elicit bribes to do their job

#pickitup at what point do your staff (THABELO) decide they will not pick up paper left in a seperate bag next to your bin because said bin is full UNLESS you give them a colddrink? Is this what we pay for when it comes to service delivery? Should we do away with paying refuse removal and arrange it ourselves - probably cheaper and without most of the ******* left strewn over the roads and our bins tossed aside and damaged?!
