The service it bad at Zondi deport

My father lost his bin in April... and he did all what they said he must do like affidavit copy of his I'd he took it back to Zondi deport ... that was in May .. till today he hasn't received the bin ... I've been calling Zondi deport.. firstly I was told about the strike ... .... today on the 12 December 2018 I called.. and spoke to Thembi She told the that there's no bins the last bins that they received was in August .. we must contact then on the 20 of January 2019..... She lost her bin last year November.. till now she hasn't received it ..so We must wait..as well
