Terrible service and Communication from Rose Jack and Eddy Makhubela (Pikiup)

On the 29th of May 2020, i have requested assistance to get a Dustbin from the City of Joburg (Pikiup) i spoke to Eddy Makhubela which he agreed to assist and even to this day he has not kept hes Promise.

It is now affecting my health because the guys are now refusing to collect from the refuse bag if you do not have a Dustbin.

I have sent him several emails as well as Rose Jack but no service recieved.
