I am so disgusted with the service delivery we have been waiting 3 months just for a dustbin as ours was ****** by some lousy *******. every week you must call the joburg line and hold on for hours without any answer from a consultant. i am sick and tired from now on i will dump my *******! no USE IN PAYING RATES AND TAXES FOR THIS ******* SERVICE
