REFUSE OVERFLOWING

Hi <br> I Live in a complex and PIkitup is our service provider - if you can call it that. I have been phoning for days for them to come and collect our over flowing skip area - they are suppose to collect refuse 3 times a week. The excuse yesterday was the truck broke down - SERIOUSLY do they only have one truck for the whole of the Randburg area!!!! Have phoned several times today and still no joy. Residents in the complex cannot get into the skip area now so besides being unsightly there is now a health risk. This is unacceptable.
