Poor bad service

Truck registration JS84YP GP was in orange farm EXT 8B KAGISO STREET Today for ******* collection they didn't take our ******* because they broke our Dustin now they are making it out fault and they have been this for weeks now without telling us what's the real problem. Only today when my mom was standing outside that when they only explained to her, these people they are harsh and always in a hurry when collecting and they just throw our dusbins anyhow when they remove them from the back of the truck they don't even take responsibility of breaking them then once it's broken its our responsibility
