On sunday the 4th December 2016, Pikitup did their rounds 3 days after normal ******* day (Normally Thursday or Friday). About an hour or two after they had collected the ******* and everyone elses in the neighbourhood, my step father went out to bring the bins inside. He noticed on the third bin that it was cracked from being dropped, but when he started to wheel it back inside he instantly noticed that the one wheel was missing. He inspected it and realised that the wheel had not come off by accident but was actually broken right off.

I have phoned Pikitup to raise this complaint and get my bin replaced at their cost, as it was one of there employees that had broken it. To be informed that Pikitup was out of stock of wheelie bins (Has been for over a month) and that they could not log the complaint for a replacement until they had stock again.

I think it is ridiculous that I have to phone back every week until there is stock. A bin costs about R800-R900.

My reference code is 120 681 92.

Regards

Mike
