Pikitup / Street Talk Bins encouraging Filth.

Its nonsense how little care you operate with. The bins at the top of the road on Douglas Drive, Fourways are not only never used for advertising (Street Talk) and probably why they are never serviced, but have encouraged a dump site typically seen in slums. We have to pay people to do your job but even with this complete lack of service overwhelms the community with the potential for disease as rats have been seen in the overflow. REMOVE THE BINS.
