Pikitup "refuse" to take action

We have been trying to resolve a billing error for almost 3 years now.

Pikitup erroneously billed us for trucks dumping at their sites. We have had confirmation that credits would be passed on our account, but almost 2 years later, there has been no action. Currently, we are blocked from dumping at any of their sites, which has forced us to find alternate locations at great expense, all due to their error. I have tried calling their office in Johannesburg, but the phone rings once and the call is cancelled. Every time I attempt to call one of their direct lines, it goes to voicemail.

We have even involved our attorneys, but they too have been unsuccessful in getting Pikitup to pass a simple credit on our account and pass the information through to COJ to credit our municipal account (which currently stands at almost R400K (erroneous billing and accrued interest).

It's as if they have shut their doors and are refusing to deal with the matter.
