Pikitup not collecting my *******

I have a real problem with the people that are on the route of my area. For the past 3 weeks they have collected the ******* for every house on my street, except mine. I really find it baffling as to why they skip my house. I have never had an altercation with any of them ever, so there is no need for them to skip my house. I am actually very upset that we pay the municipality and thse people think its wise to skip my house and not collect my bin. I really have lost patience with this situation and if nothing is resolved or no response is given, I will take it further and will personally skip work to make sure they pick up the trash next week.
