Pikitup? More like dumpitup!

They need to pick up the ******* right? Well every time they come they leave half of it in our street and complex entrance!!! Now with the lockdown we don't have garden services to clean it up after them so we have our own dumping site infront of our complex now! Sick and tired of this lazy type attitude/service we receive from everywhere!
