Pikitup holds the residence randsom

PIKITUP- please explain to meWHY is it that during your strike when you had no workers to collect our garbage you where still collecting the recyclable goods. i was so amazed and even today the recycle truck has once again while our bins are full and are standing. It became our problem to ensure that our bins be taken to the local dumping site and even then had to bribe the security to allow us in??????. Is this fair because the money that the MUNICIPALITY is paying YOU is BILLED to US!!!! at the month end. SHAME PIKITUP SHAME
