Pikitup failed deliver ordered bin 40 days ago.

On the 7th of April 2021 I ordered a waste bin through Pikitup call center, received a Ref number: *** and got a promise of delivery within 10 working days. after 10 workings the bin was still not yet delivered and contacted Pikitup Avalon Depot ***. Lehlohonolo answered the phone, then he requested me to come and collect it with my own transport. Then on my arrival at Avalon depot I was informed that the system is under construction, so they cant verify my reference number and I was sent back home with 10 Pikitup plastic bags.

Its now over 40 days since I ordered the bin but its still not yet delivered and I'm struggling with waste collection.
