Pikitup are useless

Once again, a careless and clueless Pikitup driver has damaged our complex gate. This has happened so often now that our insurance has confirmed our high loss ratio (224%) is predominantly because of Pikitup damage. To date, not a single response or outcome from Pikitup despite numerous emails, photos and camera footage of the damage, and insurance claim reports. Never mind the weekly mess they leave behind and the number of bins they've damaged from throwing them back down from the truck.

Pikitup doesn't give AF about their conduct because they think they have a monopoly. We are currently exploring alternatives because it is not financially viable to continue using such a useless provider.

Come December, then they're all smiling and waving, waiting for their "bonsela", but for the rest of the year they're costing us a lot of money.
