Pickitup

I am horrified that Pickitup has changed the days of collecting our municipal bins WITHOUT having the decency to let consumers know of a change in days. I am in the Northcliff area and we have always had to ensure that our bins had to be ready by a Wednesday afternoon for collection on a Thursday morning. Now we are lucky if it gets collected on Fridays or Saturdays. That means our ******* bins can only be returned on Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays as our maintenance man does not work on the weekends. We therefore can only use our municipal bins (if we are lucky on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) before it is taken out again. The higiene situation is ********** and this in the time of Covid. Could Pikitup please notify us of changes before just choosing random days to collect our *******!? I tried going onto their website first, but there seems no icon for complaints. Dreadfully disappointing and **********ly ineffectual.
