Panorama Dump Site for garden refuse.

This Pikitub just close the Panorama dumpsite without any warning. Their are 100's of small business (garden and refuse removal) who use this site on a daily basis and are now completely stranded. i have 7 people to pay salary and my business is standing. Pikitub staff don't even answer any calls, Whatsapp, sms or anything else. i had to lay of all my staff and their wifes and kids are now dying in the squatter camps without any food. We are supposed to TOGETHER re-build the economy but these Pikitub staff is just destroying everthing further.
