No service delivery for 2 weeks

This is my 2nd week where pikitup has not collected the *******. I find it very surprising that all other bins in our area was collected today and yet they skipped mine. I complained to Mr titus who referred me to edith. Edith then asked me if i was sure that i left my bin outside, Last time i checked i didnt have dementia so yes, My bin was outside and i have neighbors that can vouch for this. Edith told me that she would try and get them to collect the bin but that didnt happen and i have just received a text from edith telling me that they could not fetch my bin today and that it will be prioritized tomorrow. Given the fact that pikitup did not collect our ******* last week i would have expected pikitup to prioritize this TODAY. Can someone pls address this. These excuses that people dont know areas are the reason for our lack of service last week. This makes no sense
