Killing Small business owner

Good Afternoon, I'm so disappointed with Pikitup as a small business owner,I got a Tender to maintain and Re-design pikitup website for period of six months and I've asked them to give me the c-panel Login Details to create a Sub-domain to start Designing their New Website, they did not give me that access.they only give me WordPress Login Details, I was only able to upload whatever information they want me to upload on their Website, I started in June this year and got paid for June ,but I've got paid for July and there's no one who is saying anything so far and they terminated the contract and said it's because I did not Redesign new website.but they refused to give me Cpanel Login Details for me to Re-design Their New Website. Is this fair ?

I'm still waiting for July Payment and their not picking up my calls, I did work for July
