I'm really upset

I've been taking out my bin every Tuesday as suppose to and leave it outside my gate. For the past 3 weeks the people that empty the area of zone 9 meadowlands using truck registration Dt 89 gf gp have been driving past my bin and leaving it still full. I then decided to confront them today and they told me I should take it down the road where they stop. I don't work at pikitup for me to do their jobs for them. These bins get ****** in soweto therefore it's going to be my responsibility to go report it again. I'd also kindly suggest that they should also be taught how to talk to people. Just because I live in soweto doest make any difference then the suburbs. I live at 2230 zone 9 meadowlands. If this issue is not addressed then stop taking out my bin then ill go dump it *******ly so that I don't have to deal with such drama.
