Heartfelt Thanks for Assisting My Elderly Mother with Her Bin Request

I am writing to sincerely thank you for the outstanding service you provided to my elderly mother recently. After lodging a complaint regarding her bin through Hello Peter, we were pleased to receive a swift and helpful response from your team.

The old, broken bin was collected promptly, and we are happy to confirm that she will be receiving a new, decent bin this Thursday. The gentlemen who came to assist were respectful, clean, and kind — they truly embodied the spirit of ubuntu. Their care and professionalism made my mother feel seen and respected, which means a great deal to us as a family.
