DISGUSTED IN PIKITUP RANDBURG

while collecting the refuge the workers broke the wheels on the bin, I reported this to pikitup in the middle of may 2019 and to this day (15/7/2019)nothing has been done, I have not even received recognition of my complaint, I must say that Pikitup is the most *********** company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am a pensioner living alone and find it very difficult to place a bin with broken wheels out for collection. Every time you phone Pikitup you get voice prompt saying we have a high call rate then you cant get to speak to any one, if they did their job correctly then they wouldn't get high call rates.
