Bribery not on - no collection of *******

My wheelie bin was not collected yesterday morning at 20 Eden Road, Bramley, even though it was on the pavement at 7am. I had refused the week prior to pay them a bribe, because they wanted additional money for taking the garden refuse too. Which services they offered, after numerous shouts and bangs on my gate. When I declined, as I have arranged with a contractor to remove it this week, they just didn't collect my bin yesterday, even though all my neighbour's bins were collected. I pay for this service every month. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic. This is not the first time they are spiteful. Two years ago they wanted a "Christmas bonus". When I didn't have cash, they chucked the ******* back over my gate. I've had enough and want a manger to sort this out asap. This behaviour is not on and ********* neither.
