Bin replacement is a ****** nightmare

We have been trying to replace our damaged bins for almost 10 months. We logged a ticket no problem, but noone actually comes and brings them. And when following up the poor helpdesk staff is also at a loss as they did their part when logging your ticket, so they try to help and give numbers of the delivery drivers in your area, sadly these phones are off and the voicemails are full.

In the end i paid someone with a bakkie and just picked up the bins myself, which aslong as you bring the reference number and a copy of one of your bills is by far the easiest thing to do, i just wish i was told this 10 months ago......
