Billing problem unresolved after several YEARS of trying

<p>Charge for 2 bins for many years with NO account received. When the account did finally start arriving, it took years to get the number of bins corrected to 1. While some credit has been passed, there are still many many years of double charges not credited. Ombudsman unable to resolve satisfactorily either.<br /><br />Pikitup strategy seems to be simply to mark all queries (that actually require a little work to sort out) as resolved - even when they aren't - and we start all over again!!!! :-(</p>
