bad service at Pik it up

<p>My name is Busisiwe Mngomezulu, I have a query of a recycling bin ,I bought a house in 410 Drieziek Ext 2,</p> <p>And there wasn’t a recycling bin , so I’ve been trying to report this issue at Orange Municipality but with no help, and sending emails to complaints department with no response. I have to buy the disposable plastic bags every month ,and it’s been two weeks, the truck doesn’t collect my plastics. Though I pay the rates every month. Would you please send this email to the relevant department</p>
