Appalling customer service from Pikitup !!!!

please let me know what is the procedure I need to follow to lay and official complaint, regarding a Brenda a rude and unprofessional call center agent from Pikitup!!

Please can someone listen to my phone call on the 17 August 2018 at about 9.31 with BRENDA!!

I understand that everyone has their "off" days however when customer service is your profession, i suggest Pickitup reevaluated who they choose as a representative!!!
