Absolutely useless!

Appalling service! To replace a broken bin, I followed the procedure of logging a call and getting a reference number! 2 weeks pass and I'm told to now contact the depot. Tried calling the depot to get more info and none of the lines work.

Having to remove the refuse myself every week... Yet still having to pay for the non-service every month. Absolutely pathetic!

All this to replace a bin! A BIN!!! No wonder nothing works!
