A Free Service of Round Collected Refuse Run by Gangsters

I express my complete disgust with the COJ and PIKITUP management. Today on 26 October 2020 at 08:15 am, early morning, I encountered a revolting experience with your employees who feel entitled to openly and shamelessly disrespect residents, after a lovely lady had arranged for this free service to circulate our neighborhood.

The Pikitup driver and his rude accomplices kept on looking into our property demanding to 'talk' (obviously to try to get money), I have no business talking to individuals who are not supposed to talk to me either than a very short greeting whilst doing their jobs. As soon as I refused to 'talk', and asked what the problem was to gain more context, the driver then had a lot to say, he told his comrades to stop doing what they were doing by taking the bulk and loading it on the truck and that I am talking ****, that I am disrespecting them because I don't want to 'talk'.

I want the names and surnames of the four gentlemen who came with the Pikitup white truck as soon as possible before the closing of business today, I have a video of them attached below and I will not tolerate this incompetence at my own property and suburb.

Please remind them of the company policy that is stated on your website: 'The Waste Management Company of the City of Johannesburg, Pikitup provides a free bulky waste service to collect unwanted waste from households (e.g. old mattresses, old furniture, fridges etc.) in an effort to deal with the ******* dumping across the city.'
