We bought 4 x deep cycle 200 Ah AGM solar batteries in June 2021. Pik was very quick to accept upfront payment and helpful at the time to close the sale. We started experiencing problems with the batteries in October 2022. (These batteries carry a 2-year guarantee from Mustek.) When we contacted Pik for assistance as his company supp**** and installed the batteries the excuses and rudeness started. He was not willing to assist in any way. We ended up taking the batteries to Mustek ourselves. Mustek informed me that most of their professional installers will replace the batteries and then take up the guarantee claim on the customers behalf with Mustek. You can expect 0 aftersales service from Pik a LED .
