Wanted full amount of lodge booked

She was not satisfied when we cancelled the booking by here at the lodge on the 7th of Feb 2015. We booked via [URL Removed] and according to their cancellation policies , safari said we forfeit 100% of the deposit paid, which we accept. But Abie didn't want to accept. SHe chase us out and said we must leave. Bad attitude. Safari must not even think twice to make reservations for them. rather preferred another b & b.
