Farmer Brown a la worm
December brings a lot of out and about activity for most families. Mine are no different. Today we decided to drive through the Midlands Meander, stopping over at the different eateries to indulge. Upon stopping at ***gly Wiggly my family of 5 decided to order 2 farmer browns off their menu as well as pancakes to follow. The first issue was that meals are not meant to be shared. We overcame that with the manager when she suggested we put through the pancake order as well but bring it once we were done with the food. The second issue was the most off putting. Tucked into a lettuce leaf in the farmer brown salad was a huge black WORM. The manager was called immediately. My father expressed his displeasure and disgust but the manager on duty countered that he should not get so upset or hysterical as the veg used at ***gly Wiggly are organic and in busy times like this, slips as such do escape them. No concession whatsoever was offered either. Totally disgusted. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Horrible customer service.
