<p>---------- Forwarded message ----------<br />From: Fahmida Moola ********** />Date: Wed, Jan 25, 2017 at 10:15 PM<br />Subject: No transparency on your RULES OF DINING<br />To: ********** <p><br />It is with absolute anger and utter dissapointment that I address this email to your establishment</p> <p>My daughter and son in law celebrated their first anniversary on the 24 January needless to say a milestone celebration for them</p> <p>This was meant be a memorable day <br />The epitome of which being an idyllic dinner at your restaurant , this being my daughters anniversary gift to her husband</p> <p>On making the booking and confirmation there of with your lady for the private balcony table ,my daughter confirmed twice that it would be two adults and an infant of 3 months <br />Nowhere during this conversation did your lady notify my daughter that your restaurant allowed NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 <br />Neither did she advice on the DRESS CODE</p> <p>With much anticipation and elation they arrived at your restaurant with their 3 month old baby , only to be turned away and told they would not be allowed to dine there because their baby was not allowed and my son in law although dressed smart casual had takkies on</p> <p>I cannot imagine the embarrassment, confusion , dissapointment and anger they felt at being turned away</p> <p>I have just Googled your website and NOWHERE on your HOME PAGE OR ABOUT PAGE do you highlight these conditions!!!<br />And neither did your lady verbalise this</p> <p>I must say you have succeeded in leaving an unforgettable impression and a *****ed anniversary memory for my daughter and son in law</p> <p>Feme</p> <p>NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED SINCE THIS EMAIL WAS SENT</p>
