PiFactory - Worst Service or ****?

Purchased and paid for item/s on 19th October 2021 and still no delivery. Impossible to contact PiFactory as the phone number on their website never works. Just engaged all the time. They do not respond to my emails. Worst service I have ever come across. In fact, it looks like I have been ****med out of almost R1000-00. Please be warned.
