Rudeness by Court Staff Pietermaritzburg Family Court

I was trying to assist a minor with a protection order for threats and violence. Saps Investigating Officer sent us to see a lady called Purity at the family court. Gosh she was the most rude and unhelpful person. She didn't show any compassion for the minor complainant. She should not be working in such an environment.
