Pieteermaritzburg courts

On the 20/09/19 i went to the Pmb court at 14.05pm to get some papers stamped. there was a note on the door saying the court was closed due to riots. Big joke there were no riots that day or even that month. so on Monday the 23/09/19 at 14.00 pm i went to the court again only to be told that the court closed at 10am as the next day which is a Tuesday 24/09/19 is a holiday. totally shocked and disgusted. is this where all the tax payers money is going to. pay people who want to work there own hours. this is why our country is going the way it is. the office hours stated on the courts website say it closes at 16.00 pm what a joke when they cant even stick to their operating hours how can we expect the courts to give a fair and just legal system. i need to know what their office hours are and what days the staff want to work the correct hours. i need my legal documents stamped.
