Incomplete irrigation system by Pieter Venter Aquaberg

Floppy Sprinkler in Nelspruit referred to Mr Pieter Venter from Aquaberg for installation of my overhead irrigation system. After paying him all his money he only completed half the system, then left. He is dishonest and a "bulls****er !" Not to be trusted . Floppy sprinkler also gave me NO support and said it not their problem, very disappointing. Pieter Venter promised he would return but its almost a year now that he has given me lies and empty promises. Now he doesn't even answer his phone.
