Very bad estate lawyer.

<p>We've got a huge complaint against our estate lawyer Pieter Taljaart attorneys that came with a policy from Fidelio Financial consultants in Pretoria. Our mother passed away on the 24th of December and my father on the 2nd of March. Since my mother passed away in December all her accounts are still active except her medical aid which we were able to cancell. My brother and I have heard almost nothing from the lawyer since December. His also allowing one of the beneficiaries to benefit more by allowing them to stay rent free in the estate house against the other beneficiaries wishes. We have now had to hire a lawyer to force him to do his job but he still only answers selected questions that he wants to answer. We have also given him three evaluations for my mother property which he has just discarded and gone with another company called CORPORATE VALUATIONS which has inflated the price of the house by R 500 000. </p>
