Appauling service and misconduct

1. This attorney is a ****. 2. He never returns ones calls. 3. He prioritises other matters instead of yours. 4. He never done what he promised he will do.

We required assistance from practitioner with a civil claim issue. The practitioner advised that we need to schedule an appoint- -ment and pay a fee of R 1 500.00 for him to assist us with the matter. The practitioner then explained that he will 1st contact the to respond he will revert to sending the matter to his employer to intervene and lastly take the matter through the small claims court. Since then we have been trying to make numerous contact with him, sent him whatsapps and never responds, called his offices but never reply back to us, instead they lie and tell us that he will contact us and never gave us any feedback regarding individual to come to some arrangement, send him a letter of demand requesting our claim against him, if the individual fails our matter. The attorney basically did nothing he promised to date.
