My doctors account of approximately R3 000 was handed over to Pieter Redelinghuys Prokureurs for collection. The client lawyer costs alone amounted to +-R7 080. Thus my total payment to them was R10 080. They took judgement through the court. With all the applicable dodumention, I approach the ITC department to recind the the judgement. I was referred bank to Pieter Redelinghuys pokureurs because, according to ITC ONLY THE ACTING LAWER can amproach ITC to rectify the JUDGEMENT. I have paid the monies due to the lawyers two weeks ago. They have been making false promises to us since then. We are heading into the third week and still the correct document has not been signed by the lawyer Pieter Redelinghuys. He words were to me was "whose resonsibility is it, is it not your reponsibility". First and formost I paid him +- R7 080 for client lawyer costs and he refuses to assist me. Secondly, According to the ITC department proccess, the judgement cannot be removed by myself, only by the lawyer completing the applicable form. My credit life is now in his hands. The service is pathetic, none excistant. He is an ******** and arrogant man. All these people do is collect you monies at absorbedant costs and don't offer any help once they ruined you financialy. They also think you are n **** and a lowlife. In many cases they charge email costs, sms, tel costs etc, that you dont know of and you just have to accept it.
