Still Waiting for Quotation

On Tuesday 3rd February 2015 the water geyser at one of my properties started leaking water.<br> <br> I phoned my broker and was asked to phone Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers in Port Elizabeth. I phoned and spoke to Melmarie at 15h20. Told her the story, that the tenant was at home and that I would e-mail her my contact details and a map to get to the property. I sent the e-mail 10 minutes after the phone call.<br> <br> I phoned Melmarie at Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers the following day at 10h25 as I hadn't heard from them. I was told that they are \busy with the quote"and will e-mail it to me.<br> I reminded her that this was rather urgent as my tenant is without a geyser.<br> <br> I waited until 17h00 and still no quote.<br> <br> At 17h50"
