Refusal of handing over affidavit

Unimpressed when they worked at the house, dropped the email with an account and when I asked for the affidavit was told I can get it when I pay.

Not a circumstance I budgeted for, neither the vet bill of 4000 nor the water account of 1600. I await the affidavit. I'll pay when I can. Marelise.
