Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers money hungry sharks

I had an insurance claim. Pieter Rademeyer plumbers was assigned by my insurance. They came and replaced one 20mm pipe of length 1.5m. They dug up the driveway but refused to put the paving back. I told by insurance that excess is R1200. I received a bill from PR for over R2000 and when I queried they said it is the excess the insurance didn't pay. I asked for the full invoice which they refused to provide to this day. I then paid the R1200 excess as that is what I was quoted by my insurance. PR then proceeded to hand my account over to a lawyer. Still today I do not have the original invoice. Pieter Rademeyer plumbers are a bunch of money hungry sharks, their aftersale service is non existent. If your insurer recommends them stay far away it will cost you dearly.
