More than 2 weeks late, shoddy workmanship

Due to problems with leaks, I had to have my shower waterproofed. I contracted Pieter Rademeyer to re-tile my shower cubicle and fit a new shower door after the waterproofing was completed. They had more than a week's notice of when the work would need to begin so it wasn't as if I rushed them to get started.<br> <br> It has now been more than 2 weeks since the job was supposed to be finished, and as I write this it's still not complete. Worse, it looks as if they will have to pull up some of the tiles they laid, because they are so uneven that the drain cover can't be re-installed. This will be the second time they have had to bring the tiler back, the first was because it was impossible to install the door due to uneven tiling. The door is installed now, but one side is visibly higher than the other, once again due to their shoddy tiling. <br> <br> It's pretty much impossible to get them to come out timeously without having to kick up a huge fuss, and apparently their senior management is more concerned with going on a hunting trip than in servicing their customers.
