Friendly and efficient service

After having my geyser burst and being without hot water in the middle of winter, Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers were wonderful at assisting.

Unfortunately there was a delay in having my geyser replaced on the side of the manufacturers as it was still under warranty and they needed pictures, etc.

After having had to wait for about 4 days without a geyser I eventually got hold of Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers to see if they could assist.

A lady by the name of Jaretha who was dealing with my claim was able to assist me immediately. She was very understanding, sympathetic to my problem and eager to help.

She made a few calls for me and within minutes she called back to tell me that my geyser was on the way. It has since been replaced and tonight I'll be able to enjoy a hot shower.
