Whelmer at Piet Hugo primary school Polokwane

I called the school with regard to the placement of my child and spoke to Whelmer, she was so rude to me telling me she had to stop her job to answer my call.she hung up on me without telling me what is the status of my child placement..like really?is that not her job to inform parents what is the progress?
